I created Artspirations Studio to help guide others toward positive change using transformative arts as a method to help relieve stress and anxiety or to just be more creative.
The processing of feelings and thoughts through art and various artful expressions can be very beneficial. This has been true for me throughout my lifetime.
As a quiet child, I expressed my difficult emotions through art, particularly with drawing, coloring, and making paper crafts. As I grew older, I continued to delve into many forms of art as a way to cope with challenges and allow my creativity to flow. Art was so meaningful to me that I made a career from it. I often refer to myself as a “prolific creative.”
My creative background includes traditional art, graphic design, writing, music, and photography. I am also certified in therapeutic art, color therapy, and positive coaching. Combining these skills has made it possible for me to serve others in a variety of ways.
My services include Healing By Design one to one sessions, classes, and self-guided art-making.
I am happy to share my art-making with you. I hope that you will find support and an understanding of yourself through it and become the positive individual you were meant to be!
To me, the true purpose of art is one of showing resilience. Art does not judge but allows us the freedom to convey how we are feeling and who we are. When spoken words are not enough, there are the arts for self-expression and healing. And this makes being creative beautiful.
